FAIRLANE CLUB OF
AMERICA COMING
TO YORK

YORK, PA - The
Fairlane Club of America members will display their 1962-1976 Ford
Fairlanes, Torinos, and select Mercurys at the 12th Annual Musclecar
Madness at the York Reunion show on Friday, July 12, 2013, on the West
Plaza at the York Expo Center, York fairgrounds in York. Club cars
ranging from daily drivers to Concours restorations, from unrestored
originals to modified machines, from sedate sedans to vibrant racers,
will be coming in from across the U.S. and Canada to York for their
annual gathering. The display will commence at 1 p.m. and last
throughout the day.

Ford drag racing
legends Arlen Fadely, Hubert Platt, and Al Joniec will be present to
join in the Salute to Ford along with Miss Hurst Golden Shifter, Linda
Vaughn and “Gentleman Joe” Schubeck plus a host of other racing legends.
The annual show’s
charity of choice is the York County SPCA who receives proceeds from
Best of Show voting canisters and from a special auction held on Friday
at 5 p.m. The show has raised over $45,000 for the benefit of the local
